**Introducing the Perenso Support Lounge**

At Perenso, we're all about understanding our customers' needs and helping them do business better. So, we examined our support services and decided we could make them even easier.

We're happy to announce the launch of our new customer support portal service, the Perenso Support Lounge. The Lounge takes customer support to the next level by making it faster and easier to get resolution on issues. 

Here's some of the best things about our new system:

Access to a knowledge base helps customers solve their own minor issues, or they can contact us for help, all from the one portal. And it's mobile-friendly!

**Speed**  
Integration with our development system enables customer requests to be resolved more efficiently.

**Customers can clearly see all interaction between themselves and our support crew so they can understand the status of their request at any time.

**Happiness  
**The lounge's friendly atmosphere and personal service means customers can get resolutions to their issues with no fuss.
