Pet Food Experts, a Rhode Island-based powerhouse in pet food and supplies distribution, understands the importance of happy customers. With a commitment to strong vendor relationships and a diverse portfolio of over 140 brands serving over 3,500 customers, they strive to deliver a seamless experience. A key part of this experience is their annual distributor trade shows, bustling events where hundreds gather to explore new products, stock up on essentials, and score exclusive deals. However, their previous ordering system, reliant on paper forms and manual post-show processing, created a bottleneck. The wait for orders, stretching up to three weeks, wasn't ideal for anyone. Customers faced delays, and Pet Food Experts shouldered the burden of a time-consuming and resource-draining process. ## **Enter Perenso Trade Show: A Digital Ordering Revolution** Pet Food Experts recognized the need for a change. They implemented Perenso Trade Show, a digital platform that transformed their ordering process from a papery purgatory into an ordering oasis. ## Here's how Perenso streamlined the trade show game: - **Instantaneous Ordering:** Gone are the days of paper trails. Perenso allows customers to place orders electronically right at the trade show booth. This eliminates delays and ensures accuracy. - **Reduced Processing Time:** With manual processing out of the picture, Perenso expedites order fulfillment. Pet Food Experts saves a whopping two weeks, freeing up resources and getting products to customers faster. - **Happy Customers, Happy Business:** Faster deliveries translate to happier customers who receive their desired pet products quicker. This fosters loyalty and strengthens the relationships Pet Food Experts values so highly. - **Streamlined Operations:** Perenso takes the burden off Pet Food Experts' staff, allowing them to focus on other aspects of the trade show and provide exceptional customer service. ## **Beyond Speed: The Perks of Perenso** The benefits of Perenso go beyond just accelerated delivery. The platform offers additional advantages: - **Improved Data Accuracy:** Manual data entry is prone to errors. Perenso eliminates this risk with its digital ordering system. - **Real-Time Inventory Tracking:** Perenso provides real-time insights into inventory levels, allowing Pet Food Experts to make informed decisions and avoid stockouts. - **Enhanced Reporting:** Perenso offers valuable data and analytics, enabling Pet Food Experts to gain insights into customer trends and buying habits. This empowers them to tailor future events and offerings to better meet customer needs. ## **A Win-Win for All** The implementation of the Perenso trade show solution has been a win-win for everyone involved.
